We have the scholars. We're looking for the companies.
$160,000 in scholarships has reached twenty women in tech. We're aiming for three more awards for 2027, and looking for the first companies to put their name on them.

Four doors, and money is only one of them.
Start with whichever one your company can act on this quarter.
- 01
Fund an award
Scholarships run $2,500 a semester. Underwrite a semester, a year, or a named multi-year award.
- 02
Host an internship
One paid seat on a technology team. It's the step that turns a degree into employment, and the thing we're asked for most.
- 03
Sponsor the Invitational
Title, hole, and reception tiers at our annual golf tournament.
- 04
Lend your people
Engineers and leaders who mentor, run mock interviews, or sit for an Empowered Women Speak interview.
Recognition and reach.
Visible recognition
Logo placement across our site, event signage, and scholarship announcements. A named award carries your company's name alongside the scholar's.
Early access to talent
Our scholars study at Howard, MIT, Georgia Tech, and the University of Michigan, among others. Partners meet them before graduation, not on a job board.
Our scholars attend 14 institutions and counting.
Diversity in tech isn't a program. It's a pipeline someone has to fund.
