We're on a mission to create the next generation of Black female tech leaders.
The tech industry lacks diversity. We break down the barriers for young Black women studying and entering the field, and shift the mindset of what is possible.

Mission
Address the diversity gap in tech by breaking down barriers for young Black women studying and entering the field.
Vision
Shift the mindset of what is possible. A career in tech doesn't have to stay a dream.
Purpose
Scholarships, mentoring, up-skilling, coaching, and advocacy for equal and equitable access to employment.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, the TCGi Foundation provides scholarships to support the educational goals of high school seniors and college students studying technology, then keeps supporting them with mentoring, up-skilling, coaching, and advocacy until they have equal and equitable access to employment opportunities.
We don't stop at the check.
Three things carry a scholar from high school to a paid role in tech.
- 01Apply→
The scholarship
Awards of $2,500–$10,000 for high school seniors and college students pursuing degrees in technology and computing.
- 02Open the Toolkit→
The Toolkit
Every outside scholarship, fellowship, and career resource we can find, kept current in one place, plus mentoring, up-skilling, and coaching alongside it.
- 03Become a partner→
Internships with our partners
Internships and job shadowing inside real technology teams, so a first role isn't the first time she sees the work. It's the step that turns a degree into employment, and it only exists when companies open the door.
“Just imagine what they can accomplish, even if someone else believes in them before they believe in themselves.”
We've started. We're aiming higher.
$160,000 has gone to twenty women in tech. In 2027 we intend to award three more scholarships, and every one of them needs a funder behind it.
Each award covers tuition support plus a place in the Resident Scholar program and mentorship track.
